| 2. | Do I have to have my own wheel? | Top |
| In our classes each student has the use of one wheel for the duration of class time. We don't overbook! If you wish to continue your learning at home we sell wheels, kilns, tools, and clay at Kentucky Mudworks. |
| 3. | What is your policy on shipping costs? | Top |
| Kentucky Mudworks makes every effort to save our customers money on shipping. The shipping costs that appear at checkout are an approximation. They are based on your full order. If any products are backordered, that will lower shipping costs. Your exact shipping costs will be emailed to you when your order ships along with any applicable taxes (for KY deliveries only). |
| 4. | What is your policy on freight delieveries? | Top |
| Kentucky Mudworks offers a flat rate freight charge (for up to 2000 lbs) which includes the cost of a liftgate service for deliveries in KY and a few cities in southern Indiana. If you select the flat rate freight cost and do not qualify in your zip code, we will contact you with the proper freight quote before shipping. For freight deliveries outside KY, Mudworks offers excellent freight discounts. Please select "Outside KY freight" when checking out and we will contact you with your exact freight cost before shipping. We only charge exact shipping costs and are happy to quote you on volume shipments! |
| 5. | What is your policy for backorders? | Top |
| Kentucky Mudworks makes every effort to keep all the products we sell in stock. However, if any products you order are short on weight or out of stock, we would like to know your preference of backorder status. Please select your preference in the drop-down menu above. If you choose to have us ship what is in stock and backorder anything out of stock, when the backorders ship, there will be additional shipping costs for those items. If you choose for us to hold your order and ship when it is complete, we will notify you of the expected ship date. At that time, you may choose to change your backorder status. |

| All orders sent UPS will be charged a $2.50 packing fee per order. |
| 7. | How much is your pallet fee? | Top |
| All orders shipped via freight line on a pallet will be charged a $4.00 pallet fee for each pallet in an order. |
| 8. | What is your policy on pickup orders? | Top |
| You may place an order online and select "Pickup Order" in the shipping menu. If you wish to pickup your order, payment must still be processed through our website. We CANNOT pull an order without payment information. |
