Description: Wheelthrowing I and II

If you've never taken a wheelthrowing class before, but have always wanted to, then this class is for you.  If you've got a little bit of experience throwing on the wheel, and are looking for the opportunity to learn some new skills, then this class is also for you!  Beginners will focus on the fundamentals: centering, throwing bowls and cylinders, pulling handles, and simple trimming and glazing.  More advanced students will learn techniques to push the clay further than they have before.  We'll try forms such as plates, bottles, and lidded jars.  This class is the perfect opportunity for students of all levels to learn in a fun, creative atmosphere.
